We offer an excellent FREE delivery service to most parts of the UK mainland addresses, estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. The delivery times are approximate and quoted as working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you need your order in a hurry then we can arrange for a next day delivery service. Please call us to place an order if you need your order the next day. All items must be checked for damage in front of the driver before being signed for. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred please contact us immediately.

Smaller items less 30 kg will be delivered by a courier. This is an all-day ground floor doorstep service, a signature is a requirement and you must check your items within 24 hours and report any damages to us within a reasonable time.

Large parcels and pallet items over 30 kg are sent out on freight/pallet service to avoid damage in transit. The delivery driver will be equipped with a tail lift and a hand pump to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. The driver will not be able to carry the goods up or down steps, carry the goods through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. We will contact you to arrange a convenient day with yourself to accept delivery. This will allow you to choose the day for delivery.
