Our Price Match Promise
Have you found a like for like product elsewhere for cheaper?
We always do our best to ensure our customers get value for money and so if you find a like for like product cheaper elsewhere, we will endevour to beat or match a competitor's price.
Make a note of the product details, its price, a weblink and the competitor you want us to match against.
Simply email us at sales@fireland.co.uk with the details or use our Contact page and we will verify the details and match the price then and there.
Price Promise Terms and Conditions
The competitor’s product must be brand new, identical in specification and brand and must be offered on the same terms
We will match or beat our competitor’s UK website GBP price
Fireland and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery
Fireland must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position
Fireland will match or beat the price of the product only; not the delivery charges or other services
Price Promise cannot be used with any other offer
We however reserve the right to:
refuse a price match which would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins
to limit the quantities of price matches from a single customer
not match trade prices
we may discontinue our price match promise at any time
not price match imitation or copies of products that often use cheaper materials and lack in quality
not match prices from auction sites such as eBay, Amazon merchants, closing down or clearance sales.
Please note that unfortunately we can't offer price matches for products which have already been purchased from us and then at a later time/date found elsewhere online cheaper. Please send us the information before making your purchase should you wish to take up this offer.
