The Dominica barbecue is constructed with a combination of Stainless steel & black powder-coated steel. It has 6 x burners in total including 5 x main burners and 1 x side burner with porcelain-coated steel grill & warming rack. This also benefits from a double-skinned stainless steel roasting hood with a temperature gauge and a stainless steel front fascia with a powder-coated steel side shelf, side burner housing & front panel, complete with an integral condiment shelf. The ignition is integrated within the control knob, 2 of the legs have wheels for combined mobility & stability, and the trolley handle also comes with utensil hooks.
